Amritansu Nanda, who served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Zepto, has decided to move on after working there for two years. Before joining, Nanda held positions at Faces Canada, Pepperfry, and Goldman Sachs, showcasing his diverse experience across different industries.
Amritansu Nanda will focus on health and family, the statement said.
A startup backed by Y Combinator has made significant changes to its top management team. Vinay Dhanani, the former Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been appointed as the President of the Supply Chain, while Vikas Sharma, previously the Senior VP of Operations, will step into the role of COO. Additionally, Viral Jhaveri will replace Amritansu Nanda as the Chief Growth Officer.
Viral Jhaveri, who currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer at Zepto, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to joining the company, Jhaveri was associated with Uber’s food delivery division, Uber Eats, in India, and served as the Director of Operations at logistics firm Freight Tiger.

Bafna brings extensive experience to Zepto, having previously served as the CFO at Zilingo, a fashion startup backed by Sequoia, and overseeing the finance and inventory division of Myntra, which is owned by Flipkart, for over three years. These strategic hires highlight Zepto’s commitment to building a strong and capable team to support its rapid growth in the quick commerce sector.
