Pooja brings a wealth of experience to her role with over 16 years of diverse industry experience focused on designing and implementing people strategies to drive business success. In her most recent position as Head of HR for the digital business at HT Digital Streams, Pooja played a pivotal role in developing and executing HR initiatives aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Prior to her time at HT Media, Pooja served as the HR Head of Raychem RPG Pvt. Ltd. for nearly five years. During this tenure, she made significant contributions to the organization’s human resources function, overseeing various HR activities and implementing effective strategies to support business growth.
Pooja also has previous experience working at Jindal Steel, where she held the position of Senior Manager, Global HR. In this role, she played a key role in managing and driving HR initiatives on a global scale, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources and Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai. She also completed her Bachelor of Information Systems (Hons) from GGS Indrasprastha University, Delhi.
With her extensive industry experience, Pooja brings a strong foundation in HR and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. Her expertise in designing and executing people strategies, combined with her educational background, make her a valuable asset in driving business objectives and fostering employee success.
