And, in a bid to cater to this thirst, PepsiCo India has launched a new campaign for 7UP Nimbooz®, the popular lemon-based drink from its 7UP® brand. The campaign titled ‘Chatak Nimbooz, Gatak Nimbooz’ is set to feature actress Mithila Palkar in a series of advertisements that showcase the drink’s authentic taste and refreshing qualities.
The TV commercial opens to Mithila Palkar, the protagonist, in a market on a hot and humid day, looking for a drink to refresh herself. She grabs a chilled bottle of 7UP Nimbooz® and takes a sip, and instantly, she embarks on a fun ride on a wave of fresh lemons that leaves everyone around her in awe. As she lands back on the ground, she takes another sip of 7UP Nimbooz®, and once again, she is transported on a refreshing ride. The advertisement aims to symbolize the familiar taste of the drink and its ability to provide endless refreshment to beat the heat this summer.
To ensure that the campaign reaches a wider audience, PepsiCo India will amplify it through a 360-degree surround across television, digital, outdoor, and social media. This approach will ensure that consumers across the country can access Nimbooz® easily, as it is available in single and multi-serve packs across modern and traditional retail outlets, as well as leading e-commerce platforms.
